The Collective Agreement (PSSP Bargaining Unit)

The collective agreement is the contract ratified by OSSTF District 15 members in the Professional Student Services Personnel (PSSP) Bargaining Unit and the Trillium Lakelands District School Board, which specifies the rights and responsibilities of each party in the employment relationship.  Like all collective agreements, it exists as the result of coordinated and concerted actions through collective bargaining, and requires continual maintenance.

The current Collective Agreement is made up of two parts.  Part A is the Central Terms, agreed to through central bargaining between OSSTF, the Ontario Public School Boards Association (OPSBA), and the provincial government.  Part B is the Local Terms agreed to through local bargaining between the PSSP Bargaining Unit and the Trillium Lakelands District School Board.
